Caveats: framework awards credit the full ceiling to every co-supplier — civicspend splits each supplier total into solo-award and framework-participation lanes to avoid the ~2× inflation that produces. Legacy-platform rows occasionally have truncated supplier names; these are flagged in the UI, not silently merged.
